Reviews and Ratings

Travis Oke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

We always pick up several bottles of this when it's released. The prettiest salmon-pink colour of any cava. Strawberries, cherries, and a crisp finish make this bubbly a family favorite.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This sparkling wine is just fresh strawberries galore. Strawberry and citrus zest overtake the nose and palate. There is a touch pepperyness to it as well (white pepper). The acidity is high and puckering with a short pithy citrus finish. Try pairing with seared tuna.
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A refreshing crisp tart rose Cava - traditional method, 12% ABV. Great value! A solid buy-by-the case option for the festive season
and any occasion. Orange blossom, tart nectarine, pomegranate on the nose and palate. Mouthwatering and well-balanced. Pair this with hors doeuvres, crispy wontons, pot stickers, egg rolls, dried fruit and cheese platter, Thai, Asian fusion or easily on its own. Ready to enjoy now. @jonsteeves rated 89/100 - tasted Nov 2016
Bright scarlet pink color. Strawberry-cherry jam on toast aromas follow through on a round, bubbly entry to a fruity medium body with spicy blueberry compote and delicate herb notes. Finishes with a crisp, mineral and citrus marmalade fade. Very nice and a great match for spicy Asian tuna dishes or sushi. Special Designation: Highly Recommended. Score: 89.
