Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

100% Sémillon from Hunter Valley. Early harvested and whole bunch pressed. Pale lemon colour. A youthful and fruity bouquet featuring honey, apricot, golden delicious apple, guava, coconut, butterscotch, passionfruit and a white flower garden. Incredibly floral. Also something a little bit plastic and musty. Some grass and definitely some flinty minerals that hit the nose. Flavours echo much of the aromatics with pear, green apples, lemon, hay and vanilla infused flinty minerals. Lovely oily mouthfeel. Will pair well with mixed green salads and garlic buttered shrimp.

Just love this Semillon from Hunter Valley in Australia. New South Wales' Cockfighter's Ghost (2014) is Semillon with backbone and lemon, honey, grassy flavours. Buy this by the case. Drink now or cellar for five years. - Community Wine Reviews
