Reviews and Ratings

Lesley Quinn - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

It may be missing the long tapered neck of a typical German Riesling bottle but its contents scream Mosel slate all the way. Crisp white peach, fresh limes and lemons and an acidity that will have your mouth watering for more. This energizing white wine is great with PEI oysters that have a little sweetness to them, like the Cascumpec Bay and Raspberry Point ones.
Tania Thomas - CSW, WSET ADV rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This lively, refreshing white is vinified with the grapes grown on the steep riverbanks of the Mosel River Valley. They are kept warm at night by precious, heat-retaining/reflecting slate stones which allow them to fully ripen in this cool climate. The result is a light, crisp and refreshing wine with vibrant acidity, flavours of peaches and lime with subtle mineral notes. It has enough sweetness to accompany spicy Indian & Asian dishes, as well as desserts. Lovely!

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
