Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A versatile crowd-pleaser, with fragrant cassis nose, smooth palate, soft tannins and good acidity. Pair with Bison burgers or grilled duck sausage.
Tasted August 2018
Produced by La Guyennoise, Chateau Tour Grand Mayne (2015) is a great value 100% Merlot from the Puisseguin Saint-Émilion in the Bordeaux wine region. Look for dark cherries, blueberry and spice flavours with a hint of smoke on this smooth and rich red. Great value as well. Pair with a roast leg of lamb. This vintage was awarded Gold at the China Wine & Spirits Best Value Awards 2017, the Challenge International du Vin, and the Concours des Grands Vins de France in Mâcon. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
