Produced by Régine Sumeire, a bone dry rosé with 45% Grenache, 28% Cinsault and 11% Syrah and a splash of Sémillon, Rolle, Mourvèdre, Ugni Blanc fermented in stainless steel tank. Love the dried wild strawberry, orange zest, mineral and fresh fine herb flavours on the palate. Pair with roast chicken.

Rosé food pairings: pan-fried pickerel, steamed shrimp with lemon butter, salads.
