From Sainte-Victoire, Côtes De Provence wine region, Château des Ferrages Mon Plaisir 2021 rosé is a vibrant blend of Syrah, Grenache, Rolle with a splash of Vermentino to add freshness. Look for fresh strawberry, peach, soft citrus zest and flinty mineral flavours crisp on the palate. The Château des Ferrages Domaine is in Pourcieux, halfway between Aix-en-Provence and Saint Maximin where the relatively cooler temperatures allow for fresh wines like this one. Chill and enjoy with salmon steaks from the grill.

Rosé food pairings: creamy cheeses, brunch fare, quiche, baked ham.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
