Very pretty aromas and flavours of tiny wild raspberries. Dry and very mouth-watering. This rose cries out for food. Feed it salads or seafood.

Rosé food pairings: grilled salmon, , green salads with citrus wedges.

Reviews and Ratings

Crafted by Eric Fabre, former winemaker at Château Lafite-Rothschild, this blend of Mourvèdre, Syrah and Grenache offers aromas of apricot, peach cobbler, lavender, orange peel and mineral. The palate is tangy, lively and pretty with red apple notes atop lavender/garrigue underpinnings. Crisp and tangy on the finish. Earn yourself a standing ovation and serve this with grilled salmon. Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
