Reviews and Ratings

Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

From the Montagne Saint-Emilion AOC, North of the well renown Saint-Emilion region AOC, comes the Chateau Corbin 2015, produced by the Rambeaud family. Made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, its aromas reveal black plum, blackberry, pepper, graphite, backing spice and cedar. This full-bodied wine has palpable tannins combined with a long finish that show great structure throughout the journey into your palate, with flavors of dark skin plum, tart cherry, bay leaf, leather, tobacco and cedar. Enjoy!
Château Corbin 2015 is a Grand Cru Classé Saint-Émilion from the Bordeaux Wine Region. The 13-hectare estate is located just outside the village of Saint-Émilion. The 2015 vintage is a juicy, full-bodied red wine blend of mostly Merlot with 15% Cabernet Franc. On the palate, the wine is silky, satiny with perfumed floral, ripe red cherry, wild red berry, dried herb and flavours. Tannins are fine. Cellar for five years or decant for two hour and pair this elegant and structured red with a baron of beef. - Community Wine Reviews

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
