A terrific BC white wine made from the classic Riesling grape. Lime zest and citrus on the nose and palate. Refreshing, yet densely packed with flavour and perfectly balanced and medium-bodied. Racy acidity for seafood, salads, shellfish and vegetarian dishes.

Riesling food pairings: sweet and sour pork, seared tuna, planked salmon.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Beautiful! This wine is harvested from grapes benefiting from extra hang time, thus intensifying their flavours. The vines were originally planted back in 1991. Aromas include lime zest, lemon rind, orange blossom, and some hints of minerality. Medium bodied with some vibrant acidity as well as a creamy texture (this wine also spent 5 months on lees), overall resulting in great balance. Enjoy with fresh shellfish such as oysters or white fish with citrus.
