A lovely, exotic, spicy BC Gewurztraminer with aromas of lychee, rosewater and baking spice. Perfect for Asian and curries.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Absolutely beautiful Expression of Gewürztraminer. Yielding from the bountiful arid climate of the Okanagan Valley. Ripe Lychee, fresh ginger, tropical fruit with a long finish. Well balanced, integrating 14.5% ABV alcohol. Pair with Thai basil stir fry with shrimp, chicken or beef, or Thai curry. Tasting well on its own likewise. Tasted 2013 vintage in June 2017. 92 points BespokeTastings

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
