From the Côtes de Provence comes the 2024 Caves d'Esclans Rock Angel—a bold, juicy rosé and the famed "big brother" to Whispering Angel. Produced exclusively from 70-year-old Grenache (70%) and Rolle (30%), it is made using free-run juice obtained from a gentle press. Part of the wine is aged in 600-litre oak barrels while the rest is refined in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Minerally on both the nose and palate, this rosé unfolds with ripe raspberry, strawberry, and bright cherry notes, accented by soft orange zest and delicate herb nuances. Refined and beautifully balanced, Rock Angel is captivating now and will continue to impress until 2026. Perfect for roast turkey, grilled chicken salad, and feta and goat cheese salad.

Food pairings: roast turkey, grilled chicken salad, feta and goat cheese salads.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
