Reviews and Ratings

Cora Beaulieu rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Medium ruby color. Dark ripe berries, black current, plums, dark chocolate and subtle eucalyptus, oak spice, charred wood/earthy notes on the nose. This wine is full bodied and smooth - feels balanced. Dry with light sour cherries, blackcurrant, and herbal aromas, some bell pepper, smoky and coffee on the palette. Good easy drinking wine, excellent value and I highly recommend. Pair this with soft cheeses or grilled flank steak.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
