From the Lazio wine region, Casale Del Giglio Satrico 2020 is a zesty white wine blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Trebbiano brought up in stainless-steel tanks. Super fresh and fragrant with green herbs, green pepper, chives, apple, pear and citrus zest flavours finishing with a mineral kiss, chill and enjoy it with salads or seafood dishes.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Crisp and refreshing, this is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, providing aromatics and freshness, and Chardonnay, providing some richness and body. The resulting compromise is a bright wine with lots of fresh green hints, with a rounded citrus note on the palate and a touch of minerality on the finish. Enjoy with fresh seafood or salty cheeses.
