Love it! Flavourful but not extremely rose like … mild strawberry notes but mostly toasty goodness.

Reviews and Ratings

Corinna Horton rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

This was my Thanksgiving pick. What better way to say express one's gratitude than with an elegant bottle of bubbly. Hints of lemon and orange, bight and tasty with a big fragrance, it lights up a room. We paired with a smooth foie gras. Who needs turkey?!
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Beautiful, bright rose Champagne. Toasted almonds, blood orange, citrus finish. Gorgeous pairing with caviar on artisan toasted olive oil and sea salt crustinis. Tasted June 2017. 93 points. BespokeTastings
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Delicious! Scrumptious pink grapefruit, wild field berries, and tangy raspberry notes. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a buttery mouthfeel and a long toasted brioche finish. Enjoy with bacon wrapped scallops. Tasted June 2017 BY @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
