Full-bodied and supple, with complex layers of black brooding fruit and a savory, meaty, juicy middle note on the palate. Long finish. Luxuriously supple yet balanced and well-structured for aging. Leave this baby in the cellar for at least another two years please. Decant 1-2 hours.

Food pairings: grilled steaks.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A delicious nose showing strawberries, vanilla and earth leads into a rich palate giving ripe wild strawberries, cedar, forest floor, earth and vanilla. Soft tannins and a ripe strawberry finish-yummy!
This full-bodied Okanagan red is an equal blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that offers up black fruit and toasty oak aromas. - Community Wine Reviews
