A lovely, aromatic British Columbia Rosé made from Pinot Noir grapes. Delicate aromas of ripe cherry and wild strawberry. Perfect as a chilled aperitif or companion to shellfish.

Reviews and Ratings

Lori Kilmartin - WSET3 Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

I love wines made with Pinot Noir of any kind; dry, sparkling or rosé, so it’s no surprise I enjoyed this wine.

This is only the second vintage made by Black Hills which makes me excited to see what they will continue to do with future vintages. Bright cherry in colour; darker than most the intensity is matched on the aromas of sweet cherry and strawberry. Bright acidity with a bit of tartness. Flavours of cranberry and raspberry. Medium finish. Served chilled with cold salmon on a bed of lightly dressed greens. Tasted July 4, 2018

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
