Reviews and Ratings

Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

An elegant creation from the Republic of Georgia. This white blend showed a radiant straw colour and featured beautifully fresh aromas of mango, melon, peach and nectarine that led to a nicely textured light to medium bodied palate of tropical and stone fruit flavours. Offered up some crisp acidity, too.

Crafted in the Tsinandali appellation in eastern Georgia from two varietals indigenous to the country Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvana. Enjoy.

Jay Denney rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

If, like me, you enjoying discovering varietals you've never heard of, then give this crisp, delicious white a try. Made from Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvane (I know, seems more like an eye exam chart than wine, right?), this offering delivers notes of ripe stone fruit, honeydew, Granny Smiths and citrus. Pairings: bring on the Souvlaki!
Besini Tsinandali 2018 is produced from a white wine blend of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane wine grapes. Fresh and vibrant with bright green apple, white peach and melon flavours on the palate. Besini operated the largest vine nursery in Georgia and was established in 2004. - Community Wine Reviews
