Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

An okay all around great value and simple wine pleaser for the masses. Medium ruby colour with aroma intensities of strawberry, raspberry, and a little bit of earth. Stemmy and simple with subtle touch of gummy bear and candied elements. Medium flavour intensities of cherry, raspberry and chutney sweetness. Also a touch of vegetal and herbal notes. M- body and acidity with low tannins and a short finish. Acceptable quality. Meant to drink now. A good hamburger and hotdog wine. 85 points

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
