Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A beautiful, dry Riesling with great balance and fresh flavours. Aromas of fresh lime and lime pith, along with slightly floral and mineral notes. Light and bright on the palate with vibrant, mouthwatering acidity, and fresh citrus with a hint of stony mineral notes on the finish. Enjoy with oysters or other fresh seafood.
Excellent value on this Alsatian Riesling, Baron de Hoen 2018 Reserve Riesling is zesty, dry with great balance and fresh flavours. Juicy on the nose with fresh lime, white florals and mineral notes. Mouth-watering acidity with soft tropical fruit, fresh citrus and stony mineral flavours on the palate. Enjoy with oysters or grilled calamari. - Community Wine Reviews
