Reviews and Ratings

Gwen Barton rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Classic, neat and crisp. Delicate aromas of strawberry and cherry. Red fruit, hint of citrus with generous biscuit notes on the palate. Enough acidity to support the rich flavours. Creamy mouth feel with chalky finish. Pair with smoked salmon appies for that special evening. Tasted Dec 2017.
In December 2010, Stephen Tanzer, in International Wine Cellar, gave this fizz a score of 90. He suggested it was a good choice to stand up to “rich, buttery dishes, or even strong cheeses.” The quality of the grand cru terroir and light touch in winemaking has shaped a big Champagne, exuberantly fruity with exquisite acidity and length of flavour. Score: 4 (out of 5) Source: James Halliday, The Wine Companion

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
