Astrolabe 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is produced from sustainably grown grapes sourced from the Wairau Valley, Awatere Valley and Kekerengu Coast. Produced by Simon Waghorn, the wine is dry, medium-bodied with brilliant acidity with fresh peach, tropical fruit, citrus zest and subtle spicy notes silky and concentrated on the palate. So good now.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: grilled shrimp, grilled chicken breast, vegetarian pizza, quiches.
