Reviews and Ratings

Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A generous and classic wine from Aresti Winery, located in Chile, the Trisquel Gran Reserva, Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 offers aromas of black plum, blackberry, violet, clay dust, leather, vanilla and oak. Harvested in the Valle de Curico, this medium-bodied wine shows great balance, and a long and fruity finish. Palate: plum, blackberry, dried herbs, graphite, coffee, cocoa and oak. Enjoy.
Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

A medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from Curico Valley, Chile. Earthy aromas with plum and blackberries. Red currant on the palate with medium tannins. Decant or age, serve with beef dishes.
Aresti Trisquel 2017 is a Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon with bright and juicy red berry and black currant flavours on the palate. Medium-bodied and dry. Enjoy now with rouladen or a pork tenderloin stuffed with wild mushrooms. - Community Wine Reviews

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
