Excellent value on this Vinho Verde produced from Arinto de Bucelas, Loureiro and Trajadura white wine grapes indigenous to the wine region. Zesty with crunch green apple on this medium-bodied, dry white with a gentle spritz. Pair with grilled shellfish.

Vinho Verde food pairings: grilled seafood steamed shellfish, green salads topped with fresh steamed shrimp, crab cakes.

Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Vinho Verde tends to be the epitome of light and lively, clean and crisp. This one is no exception. It has nice acidity and is highly approachable to sip on its own or pair with chicken or pasta primavera. Tasted Dec 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

A good value white wine from Portugal, this Vinho Verde is all citrus and bright acidity. Light-bodied with a short to medium finish. Pair with chicken salad or rich appetizers.
From the region of Vinho Verde Arca Nova is produced by Quinta das Arcas. Dry, medium-bodied with rose petal, soft peach, bright lemon-lime zest flavours finishing with a gentle spritz on the palate. And, just fantastic value under $15. - Community Wine Reviews
