A full-bodied Chilean red wine made from the classic grape Cabernet Sauvignon in the Aconcagua Valley. The name of this wine is in honour of the 1,450 hectares of native forest that surround Arboleda's sustainably managed vineyards. This wine offers enticing aromas of blackcurrant cassis along with toasty oak. There's a grip on the palate, so decant one hour and enjoy with a rare steak.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: beef enchiladas, barbecued ribs in sauce, hamburger, hard cheese, braised pork shanks with white beans.

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
