One of my favourites with Pasta and Steak. Full bodied wine with flavours of black currants, spice, tobacco and oak. Well balanced and a nice finish.

Lots of dark fruit, velvety mouthfeel, was great with grilled lamb, fresh rosemary.

Big, showy candy bar nose of chocolate mint, cassis and tobacco. Sweet, soft and rich, with creamy texture, virtually no tannin, but considerable alcohol heat.

Gros nez de tablette de chocolat r la menthe, de cassis et de tabac. Sucré, doux et riche avec une texture crémeuse, pratiquement aucun tannin mais considérablement de chaleur d’alcool.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
