Reviews and Ratings

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Nose is packed with peach and accented by apple, pear, lemon, and cantaloupe. Pleasantly dry and crisp as peach and minerality frame the palate. Intense effervescence, quite lively. Peach resonates through the delectable finish. All this in an organic wine for under $17 CAD is nothing short of outstanding. Pop and pour with prosciutto-wrapped melon or charcuterie.
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Effervescent in the glass. Lovely aromas of tropical fruits - lychee and Asian pear that carry over to the palate. Lively and dry. This is a party in a glass, wonderful to sip on its own or serve with smoked salmon and cream cheese. Good Value. Tasted June 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Alberto Nani is a vegan-friendly, organic and 'extra dry' Prosecco with tropical fruit and nutty aromas. On the palate it is bubbly, vibrant and on this side of dry with ripe apple, baking spice, lemon custard and tropical fruit flavours finishing long and zesty. Chill and enjoy on its own or with pour with creamy cheeses. - Community Wine Reviews
Alberto Nani is a well-priced, extra dry Prosecco produced from organically-grown Glera wine grapes. A fun, light and bright fizz to enjoy with brunch fare or to toast an occasion. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
