Crisp Oregon white wine made from the state's most iconic white grape, Pinot Gris. White peach clean with mouth-watering acidity that makes it a superb aperitif. Pair with shellfish.

Pinot Gris food pairings: pan-seared buttered scallops, grilled tiger shrimp, chicken skewers with lime citrus sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Citrus aromas with peach and lemon flavors on the palate. Nice acidity throughout with a crisp finish. Flavors are a bit light but a great summer wine. Tasted June 2018 and paired with baked halibut.
From Oregon, A To Z (2015) Pinot Gris is peach clean finishing with mouth-watering grapefruit, lemon flavours. This Pinot Gris is light and there is a refreshing spritz on the wine. Great served chilled as an aperitif, but has enough acidity to be a good food wine as well. Pair with a freshly steamed shellfish hotpot. - Community Wine Reviews
