Reviews and Ratings

Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pronounced aromas and flavours define this Zinfandel from California’s Lodi appellation. Its aromas evoke jammy dark berry fruit, earthy oak and spices - a complimentary combination for this Cali creation’s feel and flavours: full-bodied, pleasing dry, mouthcoating, some sweetness and lightly pulling tannins + big doses of ripe berry flavours.

This Zinfandel is ready to be experienced on its own or alongside comfort BBQ on any day and in any season. Enjoy.

7 Deadly Zins has earned a Certified Sustainable Grape Growing designation by the Lodi Rules Program.

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Consistently great, this is such a nice example of those big, beautiful Zinfandel's from Lodi. Aromas of ripe, jammy raspberry, blackberry, and cherry, along with notes of warm spice and smoke. Full bodied, with some soft tannins, and medium+ acidity which really provides some balance to those ripe, jammy berries. Soft hints of oaky spice on the finish. Enjoy with any grilled meats or prime rib.
