Juicy ripe cherry. Orange peel finish. A robust Niagara rosé with aromas of rhubarb and cranberry on the nose that follow through on the dry, mouth-watering palate. Good acidity for food. Finishes with pink grapefruit and clementine. Pair this wine with lightly spiced or curried dishes.

Rosé food pairings: charcuterie, pork or mushroom burgers, bean salads, salty cheeses like pecorino or asiago.
