Wow, this is a mouth-watering, brilliant Gamay Noir from Niagara wine country. Smoky, bright cherry and pepper spice aromas on the nose, dry, medium-bodied with bright dark cherry, meaty, cracked pepper fresh herb flavours on the palate. Pair with well-marbled grilled meats.

Gamay food pairings: grilled salmon, antipasto plate, meaty tomato based pasta, roasted turkey.

Reviews and Ratings

Lynn Van Der Linde - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A lively Gamay from Niagara Peninsula, with aromas of cranberries, beet root, and rose bush, that carry through to a tart cranberry finish on the palate.
Beautiful paired with goat cheese appetizers, or turkey dinner with all the fixings.

Great value under $20, perfect for stocking up several bottles for that large family holiday meal!
Drink now or cellar for a few more years.
Tasted October 2019.
A great value dry and medium-plus-bodied Gamay under $20 from the Niagara Peninsula wine region, 13Th Street is vibrant with tart red berry, cherry, earthy herbs, cracked pepper wrapped up in a smoky veil. Pair with roast beef. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
