Red Wine

Château Magnol 2016, Haut-Médoc, Bordeaux A.C., France: A Cru Bourgeois (classified in 1987) with grapes sourced from the left bank of the Gironde estuary in the Haut-Médoc, Bordeaux wine region. Earthy on the nose with ripe dark berries, cassis, savoury herb flavours and well-integrated toasty oak spice, luxurious and silky on the palate. Decant for one hour prior to pouring with a grilled rib eye steak or hold in cellar for a couple of years when it should be drinking at its best. White Wine

Lakeview Cellars Fumé Blanc 2017, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: The 2017 Lakeview Cellars Fumé Blanc is made from the winery’s best Sauvignon Blanc vines grown in the Niagara Peninsula. Fumé Blanc is another name for Sauvignon Blanc. Fumé means “smoke” and refers to the fog that often engulfs the Loire Valley in France. This wine offers aromas of citrus zest, with a smoky top note from light oak aging. Pair it with smoked salmon and field greens. Fumé Blanc food pairings: grilled seafood, clam vongole, crab cakes with aioli.
