Hi Natalie,

Every time I drink icewine, I ask myself, "Why don't I drink more icewine?"

I seem to forget about it until the holidays ... but it is such a glorious nectar, and one of the few upsides to -8 degrees Celsius, the temperature at which grapes are picked.

While chocolate-covered almonds are too rich a pairing in my opinion, I love a fruit flan or cobbler with icewine.

When was the last time you had icewine?
