Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Bartier Bros Pristine Series of wines are the winery’s answer to their vineyard freeze up in January 2024 and the “miniscule harvest” for that year. A ‘crafted in B.C. wine’ Pristine Riesling 2024 is produced from grapes sourced from one of the three separate vineyards from one of three of Washington AVAs, Columbia Valley. “It must be noted these vineyards are in absolutely Pristine landscapes.”

In any case, Bartier Bros are master crafters of Riesling, and this one does not disappoint. A chilly lemon-lime colour in the glass, you know this Riesling is going to be one zesty white wine. Fresh, with medium-intensity aromas of crisp apple, pear, lime-lemon zest and minerally flavours long and, well, pristine on the palate, it is made for British Columbia’s other gifted weather, hot summer days on the patio. So, chill it up and enjoy it all summer long! Tasted July 2025.

This 100% Pristine Riesling was crafted in British Columbia with grapes sourced from Zillah Vineyard, a high-elevation vineyard in Rattlesnake Hills AVA, Washington State. The wine received a “moderately cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks using Prise de Mousse yeast. Filtered cold after bentonite fining.”

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
