Greg Hughes rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

My favourite wine of Townships selection. Sometimes, Cabernet Franc is called "the great red hope" in Niagara. There's also plenty of potential in BC, evidently.
Aged in a mixture of French and American oak for a tremendous amount of time for a Cabernet Franc - 24 months. It somehow manages to carry it.
Deep ruby red.
This beauty has loads of ripe red fruit to the aromas and the palate. Charcoal, cedar, and vanilla from all the oak. The heavy oak blows off, and reveals the red fruit a little better.
Lots of red and brambley dark fruit, red apple and coffee.
This is a fun grape varietal that often gets overlooked for its more commonly grown progeny - Merlot and Cab Sauv. This wine is worth seeking out and could age for another 5 years, at least.
