Wow, i still had a bottle of it in my cellar.
The color is now deep golden.
Aromas of apple, pear, lemon, oak barrel, vanilla and coconut.
It's complex, medium-bodied and long on the palate.
Take it on its own or pair it with seafood.
Serve it between 10-12 degrees.
Enjoyable now but can be aged 2-3 years.
