Big fruit from paso . Soft tannic structure with vanilla on the finish. Great as a fireside cab, might be to busy if paired with heavy food. But lighter grilled foods would be nice.

consistently outstanding torrontes without any oak. Very varietal-driven but not overly so. Perfumed lychee, orange blossom, lime, melon, a hint of lemongrass and stones. Very bright on the palate with a phenolic touch that offsets the generous, aromatic fruit and flowers. The result is a nicely structured and vibrant torrontes that is more discreet and gastronomic than most. Fermented in concrete eggs. Drink now. Score - 94. (jamessuckling.com, March 27, 2023)
