If wine could be thirst-quenching, this is it. Flavours of apple, peach, and zesty lime with a slight minerality. This wine would pair perfectly with any spicy dish and great with sushi. It is also fabulous on its own!

Pinot Noir is their flagship red that is rich in tannins and has a smoky spiced finish. This unfiltered Pinot is aged in a neutral barrel for 24 months that gives it that subtle oak profile. This is a beautiful light Pinot Noir with flavours of sour cherry, berry, and spice along with slight flavours of tobacco and leather with a smooth finish.

Testament’s organic vineyards are located in the Northern Dalmatia region near the medieval town of Šibenik. The famous native grape grown in this region is Babic (pronounced Babich)This blue-skinned wine grape variety is indigenous to Croatia's Dalmatian coast. Testament Babic is a dry ruby coloured wine with berry and cherry fruit aromas. On the palate I got flavours of berries, chocolate, slight oak, tobacco, and chocolate flavours. This full-bodied wine is smooth on the finish. During our tasting, we discussed several paring suggestions. A popular dish to pair this within this region is Dalmatian roast pork. (Yum!) This wine would pair perfectly with BBQ, black ink risotto, and even pizza. Make sure to serve this wine at 16º C so the true flavours of the wine come through.

The Sylvaner grape makes crisp, clean, food-friendly wines. This crisp, extra dry Gustave Lorentz Réserve Sylvaner 2019 has a light gold colour with perfumed aromas of peach, pear, and apple. It is full-bodied with flavours of apple, peach, apricot, and pear with some minerality on the palate. The perfect summer wine. We paired it with heritage pork chops and roasted cabbage and fennel.

This 100% Pinot Noir has an intense ruby red color with scents of berries, cherries, and herbal notes. On the palate, this wine is smooth and silky with flavours of cherry, herbs, and earthy notes. This Pinot Noir paired perfectly with our roasted chicken dinner.
