Mineral driven with apple and lime notes dominating both aroma and palate. Dry with minimal residual sugar. Very refreshing. One of my personal favourite Niagara Rieslings.

A cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc blend with the velvety touch of merlot. Cab franc adds peppery notes and spice while the luscious ripe red fruit notes of cabernet sauvignon provide the necessary roundness and depth of flavour you crave in a full bodied red wine. Med+ tannins and Med+ acidity helps provide balance. Ideal for BBQ.
