Quartz is a brand-new vodka from Domaine Pinnacle in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. The vodka is incredibly smooth and pure, made with crystal clear Eska water from northernmost Quebec. I had the opportunity to taste Quartz at a private event. My first tasting was straight up. No ice. No water. No tonic. It has a great, creamy taste that is enjoyable all on its own. Then, I enjoyed it in a simple vodka martini, and it was spectacular. Love the bottle, too. Distinct, sleek, modern. Bravo.
