With the sun beginning to shine and spring has arrived, I think this is a perfect wine. If you are like myself, you tended to stay away from roses as many were very sweet. This is no longer the case. This wine has a fruity and slightly grassy aroma with tastes of peach and cherry. This is a flavourful wine, but with a nice dry enjoyable palate. Limited cases were made, so get out there and get a bottle. Great with most food or sipping on the patio!!

Although many of us may not be very familiar with these grapes, I would highly recommend giving this wine a try. This wine is an elegant, light bodied white with harmonious blends of citrus, grapefruit, white peach and a hint of floral. I find it very refreshing and easy to drink!! You can enjoy it with a nice summer salad, however I am quite content drinking it out on the patio all on its own!
