This wine has a clear and brilliant hue that's pale and watery at the rim with a delicate rose gold core. Healthy, with medium intense peach and honey aromas. The palate is dry with a hint of sweetness, but the medium acidity and touch of minerality keeps the juicy peach flavors crisp in this medium bodied wine. I loved it with grilled halibut and peach salsa.
