This wine has a lower alcohol content than most, at 7%, and is very sweet. It's best served well chilled. While I'm normally not a huge fan of sweet wines, I enjoyed this one. It has a slight fizz to it, and a flavour reminiscent of honey and sweet green grapes. I would recommend this as a great dessert wine, served with a fruit-based dessert. I enjoyed it with a baked brie topped with a fig and balsamic sauce, and the pairing was perfect. Would also be a great base for a white sangria.

This is one of my favourite white wines. I've never been disappointed, regardless of the year. This Pinot Grigio is a very dry white, great for sipping chilled on a hot day. Honey and citrus combine to add a crisp freshness to the taste. Perfect paired with soft, light cheeses such as brie or camembert. Also delicious with seafood, such as shrimp skewers or even ceviche. This wine always reminds me of summer.

This wine has a lovely plum colour and is surprisingly smooth, with little aftertaste. The flavour has notes of plum and cherry, and something vaguely floral. A great wine to pair with a light pasta, fig and prosciutto antipasto, or to drink unaccompanied.
