I have to admit that I love my Canadian Rieslings, but this German Riesling is delightful. Classic aromas of petrol are present in this Riesling along with honey, red apple and some floral notes. Flavours of ripe red apple and honey. Finishes with a zippy the honey taking over. Try with a nice gouda cheese or blue cheese. The salt in theses cheese will contrast the sweetness of the wine.

Baking spices, black pepper with dark fruits including blackberry and currant on the nose. Some hints of vanilla and mint. Flavours of blackberry, black currants and spices. A nice balance of acidity and tannins.

This BC rose is the perfect summer wine. It is packed with fruit aromas of strawberry, raspberry, peach, and lime. Hints of minerality also come through on the nose. Many of the aromas come through on the palate including strawberry, raspberry and peach. This zippy, fruit forward rose would be great paired with a strawberry feta cheese salad or lightly seasoned, grilled shrimp or great on its own.

I always get excited about Washington state wines and Kung Fu Girl is no exception. A very nice Riesling with aromas of green apple, lemon, petrol. Flavours of green and red apple, lemon, and honey. Nice acidity. With spring offcially here and summer just around the coner this is a great wine to sip on a patio or pair with spicy dishes. This will be in my summer rotation.

Aromas of butterscotch, butter, lemon, vanilla. Flavours of lemon, vanilla, butter. A nice Chardonnay for a special occasion. Pair with creamy pasta.
