A Vampire wine fan for over 9 years this was the first time we tried the Merlot. Had it while on vacay at a cabin on the lake. Has hints of cherry and spices. Oak also comes through. Enjoyed it with both steak and chicken.

A blend of Merlot, Cabernet, and Cognac makes this wine remarkable. Amber in colour. Apricot and honey notes stand out. Rich, delicious and best served chilled. Enjoyed with charcuterie meat & cheese board.

A blend of Shiraz, Grenache, and Mataro (SGM) brings about bold flavours such as smoke, chocolate, black berries, black currant, pepper, cherries. Full bodied with a long finish. Taste great with a roast, ribs or steak/fries. We quite enjoy this wine.
