An easy-drinking white wine from the Pinet area of Lanquedoc, France. Made exclusively from the Piquepoul grape variety this delightful white has mouth-watering acidy, lime and white grapefruit up-front and a hint of white flowers. A fine entry-level example of a grape deserving of more attention. The perfect pairing for fresh Manitoba pickerel.
