Andre reviewed this wine:
This wine just screams summer to me. I think pairing a sunset with it would be best.
This is more subtle and toned down with a more honeydew melon flavour being in front with this one. It also has a very crisp finish.
But being serious pairing with this would be better with Chicken Souvlaki.
A steal for the price. The Calamus Reserve Red has a bit of a bite to it with a peppery feel on the tongue, that being said very nice plum and currant as well.
This is a very fruity Cab Merlot that is extremely smooth. Flavours of juicy red fruit dominate this wine with flavours of Plum, Currant and even leaning to raspberry.
This is a wonderful bright Chardonnay that is extremely underpriced. With bright citrus and apple flavours with a very crisp and clean finish. This is an Unoaked Chardonnay that needs nothing paired with it to be completely enjoyed.
Andre scored this wine: 100/100
This is a crisp bright white blend that needs nothing paired with it to be fully enjoyed.
But if you had to pair anything with it how about tossing some trout, shrimp or other mild fish on the bbq?
2004 Hillebrand Showcase Cabernet Sauvignon
Sable View Cabernet Sauvignon ... and also some terrible experiments in home wine making.
I keep an empty wine bottle as a rolling pin.
I try A LOT of great Ontario wines but I always seem to come back to Henry of Pelham Sibling Rivalry White
