So much to offer. This Tinta Roriz was crafted from 30+ year old vines rooted in the stunning, terraced vineyards of the Pinhao River Valley. Pleasantly textured and sporting a stylish ruby red. A storm of wild red berries, sweet cedar wood and toasted caramel are some of the stunning aromas and flavours you'll find. Tasted October 2019.

This one is impressive and bold. It showcases three of the Dao region's premiere varietals - Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Jaen - grown in granite and sandy soil vineyards. Deep ruby with earthy accents owing to its maturity. The wonderfully complex core of warm red and dark fruits segues to elegant sandal wood and truffles en route to a satisfying long finish. Tasted October 2019.

Craig Haynes scored this wine: 90/100

This wine appeals to the eyes, nose and palate. An elegant blend of Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz, it offered the eyes deep ruby tones laced with purple hues. For the nose and palate, a core of wild red berries woven together with touches of violets, dill, eucalyptus and cedar wood all backed by a long finish. The fruit for this medium bodied red was sourced from high altitude vineyards in the Douro's Teja valley before being aged for 16 months in French oak. Tasted October 2019.
