From See Ya Later Ranch, a very satisfying, subtly smoky and smooth Pinot Noir. Dry, fruity and medium-bodied, the 2020 vintage is drinking beautifully now and is fresh on the palate with ripe dark cherry, dried strawberry, mocha notes, and a lingering silky finish. Tannins are soft and rounded. Lightly chill and enjoy it on its own or with veal chops from the grill. Tasted January 2024.

Red fruits of cherry and strawberry, plums on the nose with some liquorice and an earthy background, hints of vanilla. A medium bodied wine the a palate of juicy red fruit with cherry, balanced acidity and a medium to long juicy finish. Would benefit from a bit of cellar ageing to bring out the tertiary flavours and the perfumes subtleties of Pinot Noir.
