This stunning BC red wine emerges from the arid desert of the southern Osoyoos region in the Okanagan Valley. This robust Bordeaux blend offers great concentration of flavour, depth and complexity. Juicy and concentrated with incredible depth and a satisfying bite on the finish. Aromas of fleshy blackberry and dark plum with spice. Pair with a rare filet mignon.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

An enigmatic Bordeaux style blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec from Perseus Winery. This Invictus is their 10th anniversary wine! Beautiful deep and inky with a diverse, elegant bouquet; Dark plum, black cherry, dates, cigar box, licorice with hints of savoury herbs and spicy chocolate. Flavours echo with some dark cherry freshness, balsamic sweetness and polished peppercorns. Acidity is restrained but met with a medium plus body, distinctly well integrated tannins and a smoky vanilla bean persistency. Invictus is victorious. This will be a stellar match for lamb chops, or a grilled bone-in ribeye steak. 93 points - tasted July 2018
