Glen Breton is North America’s first single malt whisky. Their copper stills, imported from Scotland in 1969, are still in use today. Glen Breton has travelled to the top of Everest and the South Pole and famously won the right to keep “Glen” in its name after an international battle with Scotland’s Whisky Association. Pair it with President’s Choice 3-Year-Old Aged Cheddar. It brings out the toffee, spice, and subtle smoke in the whisky—the liquid form of Canadian rebellion: strong, smooth, and seductively charming. Glen Breton is terrific in classic cocktails like the Old Fashioned or Whisky Sour, but is best savoured straight up, just like life.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
